The Basics.

​The Scott Schram Band originated in 1996 by Scott Schram and Sarah Peterson in Northeast Nebraska.  Scott has been playing guitar, singing, and writing songs for over fifteen years and has a talent for capturing audiences with his searing vocals and moving lyrics.  Sarah is the mastermind of the intricate melodies and harmonies that flow Scott’s songs into well produced art.  She tackles all instruments proficiently from vocals & guitar to drums & bass.  Once formed, the band gained success quickly as a local acoustic act marked with rich vocal harmonies and layered acoustic guitars.  After finding their niche with college crowds, they built the band to a four-piece adding long-time musicians Steve Schram on guitar & keyboards and Thor Peterson on bass.  The Scott Schram Band has a devoted following in the Lincoln / Omaha area and are currently supporting their 3rd album “Upside Down”.
